Ok I just decided to spend a few dollars to buy this domain and get this site designed because of how bad this hotel is and how they treat you. So this is just to warn others from a expat stand point.

I am from USA and I have been living here in Cebu for 2 years now, ive traveled all over philippines and I can tell you this is in my top 3 crappest placest ive ever stayed at.  Why???

1.) I paid about $120 usd for one night (5600 pesos)  Costs the same as staying at 4-5 star hotel on miami beach…

2.)  98% of the time there is no hot water because they have a tiny water tank to heat all there rooms, so if you stay there and there is more then 15 guests then you wont get any hot water,. even at 4am like i tried.  I asked the front desk about this they said sorry sir you can go across the street and go into our other hotel and take a shower… I was like what????

Its crazy…

3.) They say they have Wifi but they want to charge you $9 usd per hour or you can buy a card for 3 days to use in the hotel for $50 usd. Now thats bad but to top it off, the paid wifi only works about 4 hours a day, its always down they say they are having problems with there router..

4.) There bathrooms have a very bad smell coming from the bath drains.

5.) There food is way over priced and tastes very bad, its like there chef is 13 years old or something.

6.) They never have clean towels.

7.) The a/c units in half thier rooms don’t work had to move me to 3 rooms before got one working, and spoke to other expats saying same thing..

8.) They knock at your room at 7am to clean it even when it has a NO House Keeping sign on the door.

9.) The workers can’t speak english very well and when you complain they just sit there and stare at you like they don’t understand you. They just say ok sir ok sir ok sir…

10.) The rooms smell like smoke.

11.) I can go on and on, they would not even get me the manager to speak to..
